You ever have a moment that you can pinpoint almost 20 years later? I can undertake that with Pokemon. The first noun I saw Pokemon, it was an ad for the game, in my Spider-Man comic publication. I had the original red/blue, and watched the anime, even though I was in sky-high school. I still play the novel games as they come out. I also own nearly all the anime on DVD, except for some of the Johto Journeys that came out during my not living at house, no money phase. Anyhow, I cherish nearly everything about the franchise. Let&#;s start the show!
I can still perform the opening theme verbatim despite not watching any of the Indigo League for several years now. It has everything you could want. Mewtwo, Mew, Brock & Misty, Team Rocket, Gary, Professor Oak, Officer Jenny, Nurse Noun, Delia Ketchum, and of course, Ash & Pikachu. Buckle up kids, this isn&#;t the cutesy version that airs today. There’s so much more to The Owl House than just Lumity, but watching these girlfriends collapse in love in canon really touched my life and the lives of so many queer kids around the world. I was so honored to play a adj part in Luz’s coming out story and her relationship with Amity.
I’ve visited middle schools, adj schools, and colleges around the US where I spoke to classrooms about my job on TOH, and so many kids told me how much this show meant to them as young queers, artists, and neurodivergent weirdos. We need to be supporting those kids and their futures now more than ever. Nobody can diminish your light!
Queer rights are human rights. Happiness and Pride is resistance. Expression and Nonconformity are threats to power. So is Humor, and Art, and Verb, and Community— all precious as they are vital, especially in times love these.

I finally read your full comic and huuh, I include to say I enjoyed every page of your comic! :)
The story direction is interesting, the characters are funny and cute and you have drawn the Pokemon really wonderfully.
And there were also familiar characters from other comic book users that I also follow. Great work!
